Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • You may choose either a full refund or an exchange for an alternative item, subject to availability.
  • All returned items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • Returned with all original tags attached.
    • Returned with any helmet visor stickers still in place (where applicable).
    • Returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Return Postage Costs

  • If you receive a faulty item or we have sent you the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return postage.
  • If you have ordered the incorrect size, selected the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if returned items show signs of use, are not in their original condition, are missing tags or accessories, or are returned outside the 60-day return period.
